How quickly do you respond to emails?
We check and respond to emails daily and aim to reply within 24 hours. Please check your spam or junk folder if you are waiting for a response.
Have I seen your company at an expo?
Possibly. We have exhibited selections of Pleaser alternative footwear and exotic dancewear at events including Erotica, tattoo and fetish conventions, BodyPower and Venus Berlin.
Have you appeared on television?
Yes. Our retail shop was featured in the Channel 4 documentary Strippers. Our products have also appeared in programmes including EastEnders, Big Brother, Snog Marry Avoid? and Waterloo Road.
Do you supply television and online performers?
Yes. We have regularly supplied performers working in television and online, including independent webcam performers working from home.
Can you visit my club to sell clothing?
We no longer have sales representatives visiting clubs directly to sell pole dancing shoes, alternative footwear or exotic dancewear.
Do you offer discounts?
We release discount codes and special offers regularly. The best way to hear about them is to subscribe to our newsletter.
What is your VAT number?
S L Supplies Ltd is not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged on our sales.
Terms and conditions
The following terms apply when using this website and placing an order with S L Supplies Ltd. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Contract and order acceptance
When you place an order through this website, you are making an offer to purchase goods from and form a legally binding contract with S L Supplies Ltd.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. S L Supplies Ltd may decline or cancel an order where necessary.
An order is not accepted until payment has been received and the goods have been dispatched. We will confirm receipt of your order by email and send a further email when it has left our warehouse.
If payment is made by cheque, dispatch may be delayed until the payment has cleared.
Age requirements
By purchasing age-restricted products from S L Supplies Ltd, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise have the legal right to purchase and possess those products in your area.
If a customer is not legally entitled to purchase an age-restricted product, S L Supplies Ltd is not obliged to accept or fulfil the order.
Delivery
Parcels are sent using an appropriate tracked or secure delivery service. Depending on the service used, a signature may be required when the parcel is delivered.
If no one is available when delivery is attempted, the carrier may leave instructions explaining how to collect the parcel or arrange another delivery.
Parcels that are not collected or successfully delivered may be returned to S L Supplies Ltd. If you ask us to resend a returned order, an additional delivery charge may apply. If the order is cancelled after being returned, the original delivery costs may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted.
We aim to deliver orders within 30 days and most orders arrive much sooner. If we cannot deliver within that period, we will contact you. You may then be entitled to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. S L Supplies Ltd cannot accept responsibility for a missing parcel where an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, except where the law requires otherwise.
Data protection
S L Supplies Ltd handles personal information in accordance with applicable UK data-protection law.
Personal details will not be passed to unrelated third parties without permission unless this is necessary to process an order, provide a requested service or comply with a legal obligation.
Customers are responsible for providing a working and accurate email address when placing an order.
