- All orders placed for stock within our Aberdeen Shop are dispatched daily - (That is All clothing item orders and some shoes orders whereby stock is held in our shop).

- All orders due to be fufilled by Pleaser factory are currently taking upto 6 working days for dispatch.

Service Status - Monday 21st February

  • All orders upto and including 9am today (21st Feb) placed for stock within our Aberdeen Shop has been dispatched. - (That is All clothing item orders and some shoes orders whereby stock is held in our shop).
  • All Shoes orders fufilled by Pleaser factory have been dispatched to customers for orders placed upto and including those made by 4pm on 17th February and tracking numbers are in your order history.
  • All Pleaser shoes orders placed after 4pm on 17th February will be dispatched within 6 working days

Service Status - Friday 11th Febuary

  • All orders upto and including 9am today (11th Feb) placed for stock within our Aberdeen Shop has been dispatched. - That is All clothing item orders and some shoes orders whereby stock is held in our shop.
  • All Shoes orders fufilled by Pleaser factory have been dispatched to customers for orders placed upto and including those made by 4pm on 3rd February and tracking numbers are in your order history.
  • All Pleaser shoes orders placed after 4pm on 3rd February upto 10th February, will be dispatched over the weekend and Tracking numbers emailed to customers on Monday 14th February.

We are now pleased to inform that all orders placed upto and including 27th January 2022 have been processed and shipped, if you havent already recieved your order, I would expect in the next few days.

Current Royal mail delivery office delays

Deliveries are operating as normal across most of the country. In a small number of local offices there may be a slight delay due to local issues such as COVID-related self isolation, high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors.

Continued Pleaser shoes Shipping Delays

  • Pleaser shoes factory in the US continues to experience major internal shipping and processing delays. This has a global impact on the Pleaser shoes supply chain, impacting every retailer and distributor of the pleaser brand worldwide.
  • We can confirm that all pleaser shoe orders upto and including 18th of January have now shipped out to customers and if yu havent already recieved I would expect in the next few days.

Royal mail backlogs

We have been informed that Royal mail are experiencing problems at some of their depots due to staff shortages and covid related abscences.

 

 

 

 

All orders placed upto and including 20th December have already been dispatched directly to our customers.

November/December Service status

Miss Hollywood is an approved stockist of pleaser branded footwear.

We have a retail shop based in Aberdeen and hold around 1000 skus of footwear. Dispatch of these products at our store are running to schedule (within 24 hours) after placing order.

We also order and receive pleaser shipments twice every week. Any delivery dispatch delays are due to a delay at the pleaser warehouse which is currently affecting all pleaser resellers worldwide.
